President
Strong Women Industrial Materials was established in 2017 by Kelly Penoyer. Since then, the business has expanded from providing materials for New Castle County jobs to providing materials for DelDOT jobs. Strong Women Industrial Materials holds Delaware certifications as a WBE, SBF and DBE business and DBE, SBE certifications for Maryland. Strong Women Industrial Materials future plans include DBE certifications in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Our Mission is…
To provide high quality construction materials to heavy highway and industrial construction companies and contractors of all sizes. Materials provided include precast concrete products, precast concrete pipes, reinforcement steel, wire mesh and other construction materials. Sales of materials includes delivery to the job site.
We pride ourselves on excellent service from the beginning of the job until all materials are delivered to the job site within the designated schedule.
